Daycare

Your dog will fit right in here in our brightly painted, friendly home-away-from-home. Our lounge is fully equipped with leather lounge suites, toys & plenty of space for everyone to run around and enjoy themselves. It is climate-controlled with an exhaust system to keep the air fresh all day long.

While in the daycare your canine companion can play freely with his buddies which means your dog is getting lots of physical and mental stimulation. We have gates through out the lounge which can be closed off if your dog is in need of some rest or if we have puppies or smaller dogs that need their own space. We understand dogs and their need to exercise so our experienced staff will take them out walking during the day.

Every day is filled with stimulation, socialization, play, as well as nap time, in a clean and fun, learning environment. As big dog lovers and dog parents ourselves, we are dedicated to ensuring that your dog is well cared for at all times and returned to you safe and sound.

Rates (our rates increase during holiday dates, please ask)

Hourly:	$8 +tax
Full day (7-12 hrs):	$40 +tax
Half Day (4-5 hrs):	$25 +tax

Grooming

We offer a wide variety of grooming and spa services to cater to your dog’s needs. All of our products are of the highest quality and contain all-natural ingredients. Our prices are all given as a range which is dependent on the size of your dog, what condition their coat is in and how they behave once they’re in the grooming room.

Bath Only: Consists of a thorough bath, towel dry, collar washed with tea tree oil, and a conditioning spray.

Dependent on size: $15 and up

Tub and Tidy:
A ‘tub and tidy’ consists of just that. Sometimes your dog just needs a little tidy up. This includes an organic bath and conditioner, anal glands expressed, ears cleaned, collar washed and disinfected with tea tree oil, nails clipped, a quick dry and brush out, plus hygienic areas shaved.

Full Grooming Package:
A ‘full grooming’ includes everything your dog may require including any of the following: organic bath and conditioner, nails clipped, ears cleaned, anal glands expressed, collar washed and disinfected with tea tree oil, undercoat completely stripped using FurminatorTM at no additional charge, coat completely detangled, pads and paws trimmed, underarms, belly and hygienic areas shaved, plus clip or hand scissor in your preferred style.

The Heavenly Hound:
The ultimate in puppy pampering! Includes a 15 minute massage prior or post grooming, a thorough bath and conditioning, anal glands expressed (if needed), coat completely dried, brushed, detangled and de-matted. Ears and tear stains cleaned, undercoat stripped with FurminatorTM shed less treatment. A full clip of hand scissor styling, finished with conditioning spray, choice of color bow or bandana. Elbows and skin irritations are moisturized and treated with therapeutic conditioners and ointments. Includes our ‘Pet’icure signature treatment.

Self Serve Wash

$14 - $24 depending on size/length of hair

Our self serve station is equipped with:

• aprons
• towels
• shampoo & conditioner
• brushes & combs
• professional water hand-sprayers
• professional pet hair blower
• protective eye wear and ear plugs for drying with blower

Tie-downs are included, with the dog facing right or left, so you don't have to worry about holding him in place, and you can easily wash both sides of the dog. Inside each tub there’s a platform and/or a rubber mat, which keeps your dog out of the wet, hairy, soapy water during bathing and drying.

Cleanliness is very important to us. Each wash/dry area is cleaned thoroughly after every visit. The entire shop is wiped down, mopped, and vacuumed frequently to ensure a clean environment for everyone. Why should I bath my dog at the self-serve dog wash? Because once you try it, you'll be hooked! Here's why:

For the safety and protection of you and your pets, we hope the following guidelines will ensure a fun and safe visit for you and your family.

• Pets must be on leash or in carrier at all times, and under the control of an adult. Do not leave pets unattended.
• NEVER LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED WHILE IN TUB OR ON TABLE!
• Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Stairs and ramps are for dogs only. Strange dogs need to be approached carefully, especially by children.
• Disruptive and/or aggressive dogs will be asked to leave. Muzzles are available for loan at no charge. Dogs that bark continuously are considered to be disruptive.
• Please use the protective eye wear, and ear plugs provided during drying process. Face mask available upon request.
• Make a mess? Please notify us right away so we can mop up to prevent slip hazards.

Please wear appropriate footwear as floors get wet and become slippery. Flip-flops can be dangerous.
