What are our hours of business?

Summer: 8am – 6pm, 7 days a week

Winter: 7.30am - 5pm, 7 days a week

Late Nights: 5pm - 10pm every Friday & Saturday night during peak winter season

Our extended closing hours during the peak season for Friday & Saturday nights cater to those people that would like to get involved in some night time activities. This is a separate service to the daycare and dogs must check in from 5pm onwards. This service is charged separate to the daycare at a rate of $10/hr or $30 for the full 5-hour period.

Booking Information

During the winter season in Whistler our dog daycare is often filled to capacity (20-25 dogs dependent on size/age). We recommend that clients book their dog/s in to the daycare at least a week in advance by phone or email to avoid disappointment. We require your dog’s name, breed, your name, contact number, a credit card number & expiry date to hold all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Daycare
Our cancellation policy requires cancellation to be made at least 24hrs prior to the day/s of daycare you have booked. In this case no fee will be charged. If less than 24hrs notice is given we charge a $10 fee to your credit card. In the event of a ‘no show’ on the day, the full daycare amount will be charged to your card.

Grooming
Our policy for grooming appointments requires cancellation to be made with at least 24 hours notice so that we can try to fill the appointment time. If less than 24 hours notice is given a full grooming charge, dependent on the size/breed of the dog, will apply. Our groomer’s time is very valuable and we are kept very busy with the high volume of dogs that come through our parlour, so please try to give as much notice as possible.
